I cannot recommend Konstantin highly enough. From the very beginning of my home purchase through closing, he was there every step of the way. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns — no matter how small. When we faced significant pushback from the seller regarding inspection items and delays in completing agreed-upon repairs, he handled everything professionally and persistently. He advocated for me and made sure my interests were protected throughout the process. On top of that, he coordinated through all the inefficiencies and constant back-and-forth from the lender, ensuring that nothing fell through the cracks. What truly stood out to me was how personally invested he was — he approached the purchase as if he were buying the home for himself. Buying a home can be stressful, but having Konstantin on my side made all the difference! I am incredibly grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and commitment. I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who truly cares.

Konstantin was super helpful, even helping manage the inspection remotely via facetime when I had to travel work!

Konstantin was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He gave us very good referrals for an attorney and inspector. He was very responsive throughout the process as well.
